Program Terms & Conditions

A referral is a homeowner who works with Charleston Washing Professionals for an exterior cleaning job
A referral credit is added once the job is finalized and paid by the customer referred. Cash bonuses are the same.
You may not refer your own residence into the program. You may however refer a vacation home, investment property, etc.
Referrals must be made through this Submit Referral Form before the referred homeowner has had any initial contact with Charleston Washing Professionals.
Credit Rewards can be used for future services home cleaning services only.
Other bonuses can be paid via VISA/Mastercard gift card, or Cash.
We only allow 1 referrer per household to submit into the Charleston Washing Professionals Program.
It is your responsibility to submit referrals into the program. Charleston Washing Professionals representatives will not be held responsible for submitting referral information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ALREADY REFERRED SOMEONE BEFORE SUBMITTING THEIR INFORMATION, CAN I STILL GET CREDIT?

Absolutely. Just email or text us and let us know. We know sometimes, we tell other without remembering to tell the company about the referral and that is fine. We will look at our records and see if we served them. If so we will apply the credit to your account.

WHAT IF I HAVE MULTIPLE PEOPLE TO SUBMIT?

You can submit their information individually or you can email us through the contact form and list your referrals there.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON 3 OR MORE NEIGHBORS WHO WANT TO GET WASHED ALL AT ONCE?

Yes. If you submit all addresses, 3 or more homes will qualify for up to 20% off per house. Remember all referrals will be added to your future cleaning, cash/bonuses will be paid out when those reward levels are met.

CAN I SUBMIT A TOWNHOME OR CONDO COMPLEXT TO GET DISCOUNTS?

Unfortunately, No. The rewards program is only for Home Owners. We can however clean all commercial properties and multi-family so please keep us in mind for those jobs also.
